Terms and Conditions
The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must specify the terms for the delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a provision is called a distance contract
(MK noteikumi).
Distance Contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order. By placing an order, the Buyer has familiarized themselves with the Seller's terms and agrees to them. The Seller has the right to amend the terms.
Placing and Paying for Orders
The Buyer places an order by adding the desired goods to the shopping cart and providing their name, surname, phone number, email address, payment, and delivery method. By entering their data, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered.
The Seller confirms that the data provided by the Buyer is used only for the purposes of selling and delivering the goods, in compliance with the personal data protection requirements stipulated in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
After a successful order placement, a confirmation email is sent to the Buyer's email address.

Return of Goods
Before returning goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email at [email protected].
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the ordered goods within 14 days of their receipt. The return of goods is possible only if the goods have retained their external appearance, consumer properties, and original packaging. It is the Buyer's duty to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal form. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal if the product is damaged, has been handled carelessly during use, or if the product's original packaging has been lost or damaged.
